McDonalds

A McDonalds location was considering abandoning the remainder of their lease because of persistent unsolved leaks. The Roofing Repair Team evaluated the property and decided the best course of action was extensive repairs.  We worked together with our client and the tenant in order to manage expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. When our work was finished all leaks were repaired and both the McDonalds management was satisfied. They still occupy the same storefront and are finishing the remainder of their lease.
